I dealt mostly with Ricky and then Lapon who is in finances. they were both patient and great. I did not feel rushed and I am really happy with the experience of buying this car and I think that in itself is unique! In addition I feel welcome to come back. This car has way more features than my previous one and they encouraged us to return to learn about all the new safety and comfort devices. A definite thumbs up for Albany Subaru.
