Tori did a great job facilitating communications about the repairs needed on my car. I was not fully aware of the cost build-up that occurred while my car was there ($4300). The procedures for using a lender car changed the night before I arrived, so that took longer than expected and luckily I could access my insurance info online. The lender car was a new Outback that was very nice, which I appreciated. I had expected to pay under $2000 for my maintenance tune up, so I am frustrated that it cost me more than twice that with additional work needed. More

While the service team was efficient and attentive, I couldn't help but feel that the cost of parts was somewhat excessive. The overall experience was positive, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle and the necessary steps to fix it. However, if Albany Subaru could reconsider their pricing strategy, it would enhance the customer experience even further. In conclusion, I would recommend Albany Subaru for their quick service and professionalism, but I would advise potential customers to be aware of the costs associated with parts and services. A little more fairness in pricing could easily make them a five-star dealership in my book! More
