This is going to be a mixed review. I was promptly greeted by a service representative as I drove my car in. Victoria was also there to greet me. I stated that I had already changed the engine air filter and cabin pollen filter. I brought in an engine oil filter and compression ring that I had purchased from your parts department. (more on that later). The service write up was estimated to be $218. I also provided a dealership coupon for service price reduction. Please note that my car had 4,768 miles when I brough it in. I believed that the price was high for the limited amount of work that would be performed, give that I had performed some of the work myself, brought in the primary replacement parts, and the limited miles on the car. I did not complain to Victoria, however. I was called in a timely manner when the car was ready. Service was performed that included the oil and filter change, tire rotation, disc brake measurements, and wiper fluid added. The service appeared to be done well. There was a discount applied that reduced the price to $190. (my coupon??). The price seemed excessive for the minor amount of work performed. I appreciate the need to buy supplies, pay staff a good wage, maintain the service area, and to make a profit. Still seemed high to me. Will likely do the oil change myself next time. I recommend working with Victoria. More
