Overall excellent service except why do I have to order my own parts? I needed a mirror replaced and had to order it ostensibly because it had to be paid for. But I didn't pay for it until it was installe my own parts? I needed a mirror replaced and had to order it ostensibly because it had to be paid for. But I didn't pay for it until it was installed. This makes me have to know what mirror to order etc instead of making an appt to have it replaced and you order it. Irksome. Then when I got there I was initially quoted a price $200 more than what they told me over the phone. All was straightened out easily but... More
