I so appreciate Peggy Martinez who went above/beyond in my extreme situation. I was extremely rattled because I heard a loud bang four blocks from dealership, but tires not flat when I arrived at dealershi my extreme situation. I was extremely rattled because I heard a loud bang four blocks from dealership, but tires not flat when I arrived at dealership, but got phone call that tire went flat when driven to service area, tire size not available until after holiday/spare tire totally brittle(never used) not available, holiday, yet Peggy made everything alright, knew loaner needed/kind for my capabilities, and calmed my fears. So grateful. Maintenance items done, tires in place, call to pick up my car after holiday. Peggy really cares and is a problemsolver - Brava! More

I am extremely unhappy that I still had a prepaid service which the service scheduler confirmed. But had to pay anyway for it "expired" Due to covid a one year extension is clearly not enough. I explained that at times the alert happens saying "keep your eyes on the road"when it should not.. At times it does this notification dozens of times during a trip. Somehow this showed up on the service paperwork as "audio unit is acting erratically with screen blanking" This is not what I reported. There is no blanking of the screen. just the keep your eyes on the road signal malfunctioning. As it does this intermittently I understand it is difficult to diagnose. I was hoping this is a known problem with a standard solution. Apparently not. There is an additional phenomenon that again is intermittent, lasted a number of months but not recently. When I approach the car the locking system click up to 5 or six times before the door unlocks. Again I was hoping this is a known problem but is apparently not. The quote for the diagnosis for this and the other problems was well over 1000 dollars. I declined all except for the water leak into the spare compartment. This was fixed at a cost of 199 dollars.
