I was not happy with the service. I asked to have my car inspected for necessary work. It seems they went to the computer, downloaded info on my car and printed out what work was "r I asked to have my car inspected for necessary work. It seems they went to the computer, downloaded info on my car and printed out what work was "required" according to the miles on my car. I was told there would be a $149 charge for this service. I requested to have the "valve cover gaskets "inspected and never heard about that, and had they done an inspection on my car they would have found my horn didn't work. Neither of those issues was mentioned or noted on the multi point inspection sheet when I picked up my car. The positive thing that happened, it was raining the morning I dropped my car off, so an Uber was requested to get me to my job in Wakefield Center that day. additionally, when I did make an appointment to have the transmission fluid drained and replaced, I made the appointment for 8:20 am, thinking the eralier in, the earlier out. I was asked if I "needed" my car, I relied I didn't "need it". I called at 10;30 to see if it was ready, and got no answer. I called again at 11;30 and was told it would be done in about 20-30 minutes. So I walked over. My car was just being finished. and lastly, i was sent an offer of 10% of the service(s) my car required if I went through Albreicht Subaru... never saw that savings. Oh, and I was not charged the $149, which last time I had my car "inspected" for needed work, I was not charged this fee. More
