DO NOT SHOP FOR A TRUCK HERE Worst purchase experience I have ever had. I drove 2 hours to look at a truck. The salesman assured me he would look it over very closely for me. W Worst purchase experience I have ever had. I drove 2 hours to look at a truck. The salesman assured me he would look it over very closely for me. Within 2 minutes I found a significant oil leak. As part of the deal, they agreed to replace the oil pan and delivery it to me. They missed the delivery date by about 4 days. Then when it got here, they had not put the valance back on. Also screwed up my rental car return costing me about $150. Additionally, wont return phone calls about GAP coverage that they slipped in on me. Steer clear of this one!! More
Scam-artists I flew in from NY just to buy a car from this dealership that I was told was perfect, immaculate, etc. All of their ads on carsforsale.com, autotrader I flew in from NY just to buy a car from this dealership that I was told was perfect, immaculate, etc. All of their ads on carsforsale.com, autotrader.com, cars.com praised the vehicle and didn't mention anything wrong with it. Even after multiple phone calls and emails with "Chip" the salesman I was not told of anything wrong with it, just that it was a "fantastic vehicle." I told Chip I'd be doing a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) of the car at the local BMW dealership (the car is a BMW M3) and he agreed. The mechanics at BMW told me the car was fine....other than the $5,000 worth of repairs that would need to be done. The issues are as follow: bent sway arm, broken rear shock, leaking steering fluid, leaking exhaust pipes, and just a small problem with the muffler...IT DOESN'T HAVE ONE. None of this information was told to me prior to flying and and doing the PPI ($500 total out of my pocket) and they refused to lower the price by the repair amount as I was willing to deal with the repairs myself. In fact I was told that they wouldn't have a problem selling the car to someone else as "not everyone does a PPI." In other words, they are counting on selling a LEMON to someone who doesn't have the sense to get the potentially STREET-ILLEGAL car inspected prior to purchase. Solid business practices don't you think? More

He let us test drive all the trucks we were interested in and lets us take our time making our decision instead of being the usual pushy car salesman. Great experience buying a truck from him and I recommend him, and Diesel Direct to anyone looking for a reliable truck! More

I have been driving a full size 4X4 and have developed a vision issue and I knew the time had come to consider trading in my truck. My truck always was a handful to drive but now it was becoming increasingly more difficult. I had always thought Fiat was a cute, small car but wan't sure I wanted to go from BIG HONKING Pick up to little itty bitty car. We drove it and loved it and the process began. Brandi stayed in contact with me all the way from beginning to end and we even communicated through text messaging when it was impossible for me to talk on the phone because of our own business. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, said hello as you passed by and offered assistance when needed. Last night when we picked the Fiat up, I have to say I was a mess because I didn't want to get rid of my truck for this reason. They made it as easy as possible, showed compassion and sincerity and Brandi even gave me chocolate. YES everything is better with chocolate. Thank You to EVERYONE involved. More

I went here after driving by and seeing a truck I was interested in. My girlfriend and I pulled in with about three hours of closing and started walking around. We walked by a few of their sales staff wh interested in. My girlfriend and I pulled in with about three hours of closing and started walking around. We walked by a few of their sales staff who made sure to not make eye contact with us while they were talking to each other. We started to take a look at the truck, which was parked next to a truck running, and they proceeded to lock the running truck as we got close to it. We even walked within 10 feet of them as they were standing there talking. They didn't even try to flag down another sales person who worked there for us. After 20 min. of walking around their front lot, we decided to go back and walk around the back lot. We saw a few more staff members come and go, but no one would come out to us. I figured I'd give them one last chance and walk around the front lot to see if we could get someone to come out to us so I could look at the truck I was interested in. Finally, one of the sales staff came out, but stood 10-15 feet away, as if I was interrupting his free time, to ask if I was interested in the truck. I told him I was in the market for one and he proceeded to tell me the price. He didn't even unlock the truck so I could look in it. Even after I pointed out about $5000 worth of issues with the truck that would need to be fixed he said the price was still not negotiable. He even said, and I quote, "This may not be the truck for you." What type of salesman says this? He didn't even ask if there was anything else I may be interested to keep my service. I had a blank check to write that evening, but when the sales staff is so rude and doesn't want your money, I'll take it else where. More
My search started for a 3/4 ton diesel truck and happened to see several choices at Diesel Direct in Strongsville. I visited the dealer in the evening and was approached by what seemed to be a friendly sales to see several choices at Diesel Direct in Strongsville. I visited the dealer in the evening and was approached by what seemed to be a friendly salesperson. I had a list of 5 trucks listed on their web site and only 1 of the 5 were actually at the dealership. The others according to Chuck were not delivered yet. I looked over several trucks and did take one on a test drive. It seemed to be a good truck and well maintained. I was given a price and started to get the sales line to purchase the truck. I told the salesperson that I was not going to buy that night and I would be in contact or return. I returned two days later to purchase the truck I had driven. I wanted to search the lot for the other trucks I had seen on their site but again did not find them. Chuck saw I was there and began to be the perfect sales person again. I took a test drive in another truck and then drove the truck I intended in purchasing. I looked everything over and completed my test drive. When I returned the salesperson was busy on the phone with another customer so I waited inside. I returned the key and dealer plate and began the sales process. At this time I was informed that the price Chuck had give me two days prior had actually increased by 1K. I thanked him for the bait and switch and then I of course was asked what I wanted to pay for the truck. When doing so was laughed at and asked to be serious. I asked several times for Chuck to give me a better price and intern had increased my offer for the truck. This was the worst purchasing experience and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. If they are firm on their prices then they should be honest and say that upfront. This dealership needs to be reported as others have said to the BBB and I plan to do so. Buyer beware the service and sales staff is not professional at Diesel Direct. More
A perfect transaction. I'd been looking for a Corvette and found Fiat of Strongsville / Diesels Direct through an Internet search for 'Vettes. Buying a $45k sports car from a dealer you've never Corvette and found Fiat of Strongsville / Diesels Direct through an Internet search for 'Vettes. Buying a $45k sports car from a dealer you've never heard of who is 500 miles away has inherent potential for problems ranging from issues with the car to issues with the transaction. Thankfully, this dealer is terrific and their staff simply couldn't be more pleasant and professional. Chip Orlando was prompt and attentive to answer my questions about this 'Vette, and complied with all my requests for facts, pictures, options, etc. Chip even offered to pick me up at the airport, which worked out perfectly. The 'Vette was everything they had said it was, and completing the sale with Dawn in the business office was quick and accurate. I recommend Fiat of Strongsville to anyone. More
