I had an appointment for an oil change, not a walk in, and it took over 2 HOURS! They were supposed to call my phone when it was done but instead when i walked up to the service desk, the clerk had the pa and it took over 2 HOURS! They were supposed to call my phone when it was done but instead when i walked up to the service desk, the clerk had the paperwork and said she wasn't informed it was done. This was all very frustrating and such a waste of my time especially during a work day for me. More
