Dropped vehicle off at 10:30 AM for scheduled oil change that was covered under extended warranty. Didn’t hear from the dealership so decided to arrive at the service department at 5:15PM. Service Advisor could not locate the vehicle in their system and was not aware of any services to be rendered. Few minutes later the Advisor said he found the vehicle in their system, but the service request was only “saved” in their computer system and not “processed”. Oil had not been changed. They acknowledged their mistake and changed the oil while I waited for 25 minutes. Unsure if a full oil change service was actually completed since this was the end of the day and perhaps the technician might have been rushed. At check out, the Service Advisor did not file a warranty claim for the oil change and attempted to charge me. The extended warranty covers oil changes and the fact that the vehicle was covered under the warranty was communicated when we dropped off the car. Ultimately the service advisor told us to take the car. Interesting thing was the vehicle moved from the oil change service lane to the back of the dealership for processing after it was dropped off. However, with the service request only being saved, there was no paper work for the vehicle, yet the vehicle was moved without paperwork and sat all day. More

Good receptionist but bad service. had an appointment at noon for an oil change and tire rotation. They “forgot” to rotate tires and truck wasn’t done until 4:30pm. Purchased used vehicle online through Driveway. com. The dealer (All American Chevy) listed the mileage as 7929. On the Title Reassignment it showed 8012. When I received the vehicle, I discovered that the actual mileage was 13,617! They had been going off the odometer's Trip A mileage (a rookie mistake). A dealer should know better. More
