I've never had less than a two hour wait when I've taken my car in for an oil change. It doesn't matter if I did or didn't have an appointment. The last time I took my vehicle in I told them the car was sha my car in for an oil change. It doesn't matter if I did or didn't have an appointment. The last time I took my vehicle in I told them the car was shaking and losing control when I applied my brakes when going 60 mph and asked them to please check the brakes. The clerk said it was probably because I had driven it when it was wet?!?! Really, what kind of idiot do they think I am?!? I guess all cars are supposed to pull over and stop when it is raining?!? BTW, it happened weeks before we had any significant rain. Idiots! More
