This is my 3rd Ford Lease and another great transaction. Manager Steve Plunkett was very accommodating with catchy phrases like "we won't let you go without a set of wheels" and "family first." Factory ordered a 2015 Mustang and very happy with my ordering experience. Unfortunately my ordered kept getting pushed back and delayed which was super frustrating (at the fault of Ford itself) however Al was as helpful as he could possibly be and could always be reached. Also even dealt with Dominick the GM and when I came in to the dealership in person to inquire about my car and where it was Dominick really let me know he was doing everything he could do to help. Really good to know and couldn't ask for more. Soon after my visit the car came in and I couldn't be happier. Got to peep it right after it rolled off the delivery truck and before they had a chance to detail it. Really felt like being in the delivery room for a new born and Dominick and Al were a blast to help along. The next day when it came time for pick up I was really super pleased. Al even helped set up the bluetooth in the car and also found out a cople new things I didn't even know about it (despite my several months of researching the car). Great experience and great guys all around. More

At the age of 46, I have bought a number of new cars and dealt with many different dealerships and sales people. Buying a new car was always a stressful and aggravating experience; one which I dreaded. My wife and I bought our first car from JJ about 6 years ago and have gone back since because of JJ's professionalism, knowledge and the fact that we were able to walk out of there feeling GOOD opposed to feeling taken or defeated! JJ is a great listener, never pushy and did an incredible job making my wife happy- not an easy task 'cause she is ALL ABOUT BUSINESS when buying a car!! All American has a large inventory of vehicles which is great because we've always been able to find something we like on the lot instead of having to wait for an order. The staff is friendly and very "customer focused;" one of the managers offering my 2 year old son a slice of pizza while we were finishing up on paperwork. It's the customer service and all the little touches that add up to a great experience, and will bring us back every time. More
