Great Service! This was my first experience with a Ford dealership that wasnt in Jersey City and I am so very happy I decided to take the ride out to Hackensack. From the first email I wrote I was very stern in what it was I wanted and Brandon emailed me right back with no lines of b.s. I took the ride out not intending on really getting a new truck but Brian was so helpful in helping me find what I wanted. He broke everything down so we understood everything and most importantly he listened to what it was I wanted. He took the time to show us what choices I had he even went as far as looking at his other dealerships to have one shipped up for me from another store but there was a hidden gem there that he managed to work a deal on for me. I am thankful he had the patience to deal with my back and forth about what color and which model it was that I wanted. I will defiantly buy from this Ford location again and will head right to Brian for his expertise! It was a pleasure doing business with you guys! Thank you very much for everything! More

From the moment I walked threw the door till that last handshake every person I met made my leasing processes easy. My salesman Rudy was amazing. Rudy answered all my questions and not once did I feel pressured . Which is usually my experience when getting a new car. He was able to get me the car I wanted at a price that was within my budget.
