It did take awhile longer than I'd hoped, but that was partially our fault. Steven, in the F&I office, was very pushy when it came to selling the added packages/warranties. I think he thought that since I'm young and new to buying my own car that he could work me over. Would've added $150+ to my monthly payment (which they try and hide from you during the process...). All in all, great experience. Just beware of the F&I office, they will try to guilt you into buying add-ons that you simply do not need. More

Josh did not attempt to sell us anything that we were not looking for just to increase the sale nor was he high pressuring us to buy "right now". As a seasoned salesperson myself of 40 years, I can appreciate that very much. He was a total professional and I believe he is an asset to their sales team. We did indeed purchased our new vehicle right on the spot and without hesitation or having to shop around..... they had it all. The show room was very clean and had a great environment.
