For instance, the price that was in bold online, had smaller print that was the actual sticker price. Yes, it was our fault for not reading everything there was to know about the vehicles - when dealing with the price, rebates, etc. However, both the salesman and finance adviser helped to understand the true nature of the prices, how they should be viewed, and how/if they would fit our budget. In the end, we were able to choose the vehicle we wanted and at the price we could afford. It was a positive experience, confusing at first, but we are satisfied. Thank you for your time and efforts. Great service until we signed the loan papers We bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Jason Pritz. While the initial service was great, after we signed the papers it was practically non existent. The We bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Jason Pritz. While the initial service was great, after we signed the papers it was practically non existent. The Jeep had damage on it on all for corners of the car. Paint scraped off the passenger front fender as well as being bent. The bumper needed to be replaced and the back bumper driver side had been damaged as well. All Star fixed the damage which was great, but they did a half xxx job and I had to take it up there several times. I told Jason three times the front fender was bent and reminded him when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, the fender was still bent. Jason never followed up with us on how it looked or if we were satisfied with the work. When we called him about the fender, he said bring it back up and will fix it with no apology. This Jeep should have been fixed all in one setting not multiple occasions wasting my time and gas to fix a problem they should have done right the first time. Then there was the spare key. I asked Jason several times for the spare key and he kept telling me yeah Ill look for it. When I dropped the car off the last time, I asked him a again. He said he would get us one. My boyfriend had to call up there because Jason was not returning my text messages. When he called the dealership he got hung up on twice, left message five times with no call back. When he finally did reach someone, they said sorry we dont make spare keys. The manager of the used car sales said he would try to contact the owner for the spare, but still we haven't received a follow up. This all may seem petty but damages to vehicles and keys are expensive. Now it makes me wonder if the car fax report is clear from the initial damage. Jason said it was clear and initially I trusted his word, but now his word is questionable after the horrible service we received from this dealership. I love my Jeep but I will never buy there again. I am a Jeep lover and was excited to know that Jason and I had the same interests. My impression is he only cares about the sale but doesn't care about the customer or return purchases. I know a lot of people and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
