We had been to 4 other dealerships looking for Our new car. It was truly a pleasure to walk into your dealership. We were actually greeted by Mr. Allen and many of his staff. Our salesperson Mark had the patience to deal with the many questions that were asked and explained many of the reasons we had issues with the other dealerships. He also was very informative when offering to let us drive a demo. At other dealers, they just handed me the key and I had to figure out the many new ways to operate the vehicle which was upsetting. Also, Mark spent time going over the operation of the vehicle and took me on a tour of the dealership for future visits for oil changes, etc. It was truly a pleasure to deal with Allen Chevrolet.
