First I'm about 600 miles away from the dealer, therefore all my experiences with them are based on their online/long-distance process and the ways in which it was handled. I ended up buying through Allen Turner Chevrolet because many of the car dealers in my area are pushing anywhere from 5,000 to 15,000 markups on both used and new cars (Nov 2022). After emailing them about a New Camaro I got an email back right away from Skyler who was amazing and was always checking in on me throughout the entire process and even after. Skyler then directed me to Nikki who was also extremely helpful and polite. Nikki worked with me to figure out what type of car I was looking for and from there was then able to set me up with a salesperson/manager who specializes in the car I was interested in. This happened to be Steven! He was beyond amazing to work with and very honest and helpful as buying a car without being able to physically look at it and test drive it is very nerve-racking. Steven went above and beyond! He made and posted several videos of the car for me and even did a short test drive to make sure it was working correctly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car (Camaro) and owned the same model. If I had any questions he did not mind and was always quick to answer. So now it all came down to price. This is a 2023 2ss 1LE Camaro that just came in from the factory. I was expecting a massive markup due to my experiences with the Chevy dealers in my area. To my surprise, there was NO MARK UPS! The price that was shown online (MSRP) was the price they offered it for, no tricks no traps, fully honest. From there I worked with their fiance person to negotiate and work out a finance plan that worked for me, with full understanding if we could not get it to work I would not get the car. The fiance person was also very helpful and worked hard with me to figure out a plan that worked best for me. My experience with buying a car from Allen Turner Chevrolet was amazing, a process that is normally very stressful for many people, especially when doing this from a long distance was far from it due to the amazing care of the team that helped me. A special thanks to Skyler, Nikki, Steven, and the rest of the team that helped me into my new car! You won't find a better dealer let alone a better price than you would with Allen Turner Chevrolet! I did not have a great experience with Justin or this dealership. I purchased a Camaro and Focus the same day. The roof on the Camaro wasn’t working but they ensured when when we got it from the service dealership. I purchased a Camaro and Focus the same day. I had some concerns with the ford and Justin told me to come back in the morning since it was getting late and the service department manager was gone. I went the next day and he was off and they couldn’t do anything without talking to him. The very next day I went back up there to talk to him and he couldn’t “ remember “ what he said. I ended up traded the ford into another dealership. I would never buy another car from them. I will say the finance manager is very nice. More
