I contacted the dealership about a New Bolt EUV that was hard to find. They did not have any available. Within 24 hours of the test drive the vehicle is now in our driveway and we were able to get a trade in value and a price on the new vehicle that we could all be happy with. Bought a new car yesterday. The team was pretty good. I felt like I was put aside because there were a lot of people buying vehicles yesterday. It took us a total of 4.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. They were limited on how fast they could go due to only having one person working out the loan process. They thought of everything. our kids were getting hungry and they had some donuts. Then our kids were getting bored and they had coloring books and crayons. Thankfully... I think the kids would have been destructive otherwise. But, I ended up settling on the 4 stars out of 5 because although they closed the deal and were kind, I didn't like how long I was left to alone in the office without any updates on what was going on.
