The salesman never called after the sale to check on the truck or if I was satisfied with my purchase. He never explained any accessories that I could purchase, how the Infotainment system worked, or features like On Star. These features were entirely new for me since I had a 20-year-old Jeep. I was genuinely disappointed with the salesman. He received his commission, so what does he care about the customer—typical dealership salesman. Sorry guys, you blew it with me. More
