Sales staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Sales personal were very to the point and polite. Service department needs improvement. If they inspect 24 systems, they should notify the buyer of Sales personal were very to the point and polite. Service department needs improvement. If they inspect 24 systems, they should notify the buyer of every failure. They did not in my case at time of sale. When service was done, (oil change) systems with problems were pointed out. Do this at the beginning. Service people at that time were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. More
