Allen Turner Chevrolet

I bought a 2018 Silverado LT Z71 from Allen Turner in February of 2019 and Dallas was the salesman. Overall, it was a poor experience. He tried to sell me this line of “this is a Christian establishment, February of 2019 and Dallas was the salesman. Overall, it was a poor experience. He tried to sell me this line of “this is a Christian establishment, we do things differently.” Meanwhile, i could see and hear he and the finance manager badmouthing me about the price I wanted and about my unwillingness to finance through the dealership. He was aggressive and pushy and generally unpleasant to work with. When I eventually agreed to a price and came to pick up the car, it had barely a breathe of gas in it, no floor mats, a flat tire, one key that doesn’t work with the car, and no roadside flat tire kit. After paying all that money for that truck, I had to argue with him to fill the tank and the tire. He then grumbled to me about how he’d allegedly lost money on the sale. At best, I can say that Dallas and the dealership exhibit no attention to detail. More accurately, they’re lazy, unprofessional, and do not care about the customer. I won’t be back and I’ve already warned others. More
