I live in Defuniak Springs, Florida and we have a Chevrolet dealership in our city. Two years ago I chose to go to Crestview, Florida (because of the larger inventory) to buy a Chevrolet Impala. My purchase from Allen Turner Chevrolet in 2015 was a very good experience. That experience led me to return to Allen Turner Chevrolet when I decided to buy a truck. Another factor was the varied selection of Chevrolet Colorado trucks I was looking to buy. I decided to call first to see if Mr. Justin Gardner was available because I had worked with him when I purchased my 2015 Impala. Mr. Brad Hawks (who was working late) answered because Justin had that day off. Mr. Hawks was anxious to help and spent quite a bit of time going over trucks on the dealership web site with me. After a while we settled on two that might meet my needs. I told him that I would be in Thursday (12/7/17) with my wife, but I wanted to check out a different make at another dealership. That dealership provided me with what I thought was a very good deal. I told them that I had been working with another dealership and before I signed up for their truck I owed it to them to tell them in person that I found a deal that was hard to pass up. Mr. Hawks would not accept that answer. Mr. Hawks got with Mr. David Cain and presented me with a GREAT deal. The hard work and zeal of your employees to keep me as an Allen Turner Chevrolet customer was outstanding. They clearly knew my needs and were bound and determined to fill them. I firmly believe if I had been able to connect up with Mr. Justin Gardner I would have gotten the same treatment, because it is obvious your employees are ALL customer oriented. I want to thank everyone for making our purchase experience stress free. I look forward to many years of enjoyment and service from my new 2018 Chevrolet Colorado pickup. Allen Turner Chevrolet has a solid customer in us and we will HIGHLY recommend you to all our friends. More

Not what it used to be I have been using the service center since 2002. I normally get good service and they are very thorough. My last experience was not good. I made a 7:30 am appt and dropped my truck off the night before. I made an early appt so I could get my truck back early enough to make an out of town trip. It took them until 10:30. 3hrs for an oil change, tire rotation and courtesy check. Then when i picked it up i was low on brake fluid and the windshield wiper reservoir was not refilled. My paperwork/receipt had the wrong milage listed for vehicle in and out. The sticker in the windshield also had the wrong milage (probably took it off the paperwork). There was also no sheet documenting what they checked (tire pressure, battery, etc). I'm hoping this is an isolated incident or I'll be looking for a new dealership. More

I assumed that giving all my personal information up front (the day before the purchase) most of the paperwork would have been drawn up for signature. Not the case. But overall I am happy with the dealership. One more thing, the vehicle I bought was not as clean as I would have expected. More
