I knew I wanted an Elantra Hybrid and Carl was so helpful in making that happen. It took a long time but Carl updated me on the status often. I felt informed and taken care of. My car even came in almost 10 days early. The day I picked it up was so exciting. Carl and Steve took such good care of me. You feel like family leaving the lot. Thank you so much!
