Not sure how routine it is for appointments to be made online. However I was pretty disappointed when traveling an hour and a half for the reasoning on my initial appointment to not be fulfilled. I made an appointment for a diagnosis and an oil change. Oil change and tire rotation were taken care of however was told with a diagnosis they needed more time for that and we would have to come back. Are appointments and comments not looked over before hand? How come this wasn’t brought to attention and given more time. I specifically wrote in my appointment exactly what I was experiencing and felt extremely put off that it wasn’t handled. More
