Didn't address the problem with my vehicle. Total ignored what needed to be addressed. Didn't replace the cabin air filter as requested. Pinion sseal leaking and said nothing was wrong. More

We do want to clarify that your concerns have not been ignored. Our team has driven and inspected your vehicle on multiple occasions in an effort to duplicate the issue you’ve described, just as we have previously done with your wife’s vehicle. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, we have not been able to duplicate the concern. Without being able to verify the issue, we cannot responsibly recommend or perform a repair based on speculation.
