He did not exert pressure of any kind in assisting us in identifying the “must have” features that we needed; and he diligently and pleasantly worked in his database to let us know what vehicles on the lot had the features we needed. Anchorage Chrysler Dodge was generous with the value they assigned to our trade in and found additional rebates on the vehicle we bought to lower the price tag even more. After four hours, we left with our new vehicle, feeling that we had received great value for the amount spent.
