Toyota salesman, Dave Okerstrom, was very polite and helpful in finding a car that suited our wants and needs. We shopped several other area dealers as well. The past years of experience I have had with the Anderson Toyota Service personnel caused me to work harder at finding a deal with Anderson. While buying a car is a short term experience, driving it several years and keeping it professionally serviced is a long term issue; without the high level professional service a dealer must provide, it makes owing a car less satisfying.The Anderson Toyota Rockford team is as good as it gets.
