Best Car Purchasing Experience I Have Ever Had I stopped by Anderson on Friday afternoon with my wife to look at a new vehicle and was greeted with a smile and a handshake from Kim Rizvi. He showed us two vehicles that we were interested in and went over all of the features and benefits of each. I went back on Saturday and again was greeted promptly by the sales manager as well as Kim. After a test drive we quickly made the decision on which vehicle we were ready to purchase. Kim was then able to work with the sales manager to get me what I feel was a great deal. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional and easily the best car purchasing experience I have ever had (and I've purchased a lot of cars). Kim made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and is one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. In addition to that, the entire staff at Anderson made us feel welcome. After such a great customer experience, I really don't see myself ever buying another vehicle from anywhere but Anderson. More

His name is Brad Kahle. He made the appointment less frustrating by explaining what they had done in an attempt to diagnose the problem, and gave excellent recommendations as to what to try next. Lexus service and repair I purchased my 2013 ES350 from this dealership and have taken it there for all the 5k mile services. Recently I had an issue where my vehicle incurred I purchased my 2013 ES350 from this dealership and have taken it there for all the 5k mile services. Recently I had an issue where my vehicle incurred wheel damage on the left side. I requested a wheel alignment and wheel repair a long with my next service appointment about 2 days after I suffered the wheel damage. Upon their investigation it was discovered that the control arm and ball joint were damaged. Lexus fixed this under warranty and returned my vehicle. When I then drove at high speeds (over 70mph) i noticed a vibration and noise that likely came from the initial wheel damage days earlier. I took the vehicle right back without an appointment and they got me in. Lexus discovered the wheel bearings were also damaged, which they fixed under warranty again! The customer service was great and exceeded all expectations. This is why I recommend and drive a Lexus. I will be purchasing my next vehicle there again. More

I normally do not write online reviews, but i promised eric in lexus service i would as a welcome present. i have had several different makes and mode I normally do not write online reviews, but i promised eric in lexus service i would as a welcome present. i have had several different makes and models of cars over the years, lexus by far is my favorite. it makes it even easier when the service department is staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. i came in for some basic maintenance and eric greeted me with a smile and a handshake to introduce himself, he said he has been with lexus for a week or so, and i am sure glad he is the guy helping me from now on. he let me know everything was ok with the car, told me i had a big service coming up, and mentioned what he could do in the future if i ever needed any help. first class all the way eric, thanks!! Great service after an accident. Our Lexus RX 350 was rear ended on I-90 about 10 miles from the dealership. We drove it to Lexus of Rockford and they checked it out and OK'ed to driv Our Lexus RX 350 was rear ended on I-90 about 10 miles from the dealership. We drove it to Lexus of Rockford and they checked it out and OK'ed to drive 150 miles back home. Everyone there was very kind during a trying day. Really great people and after all that there was no charge! More

Great Services & Hospitality! Last Friday, I went there for the special offer alignment for my old-oldies 2000 Lexus RX300. At 1st step I walked in, I felt like a million bucks cus Last Friday, I went there for the special offer alignment for my old-oldies 2000 Lexus RX300. At 1st step I walked in, I felt like a million bucks customer. (My car is not worth that much.) Nick and his service-Technician team were very polite, respect and great manner. The waiting room was very clean, comfortable. Lots of goodies :). I got my car back, clean, nice and shiny inside-out. Love the service. I would go back. Thanks & Great Job! More
