Awesome car purchase experience! We normally purchase newer used cars and had never had a Lexus. Keith was wonderful in considering our needs and desires while making recommendations. He was not pushy and was patient with us as we thought we might want to wait for another color RX350 to come available. It was the Rockford Lexus dealership experience along with Keith and Matt's professionalism that made us decide in the end not to purchase a different used Lexus at another dealership that was the color we had hoped to find. In all we drove at cars at 5 dealerships while making this decision. We have had our new car just over a week and are are thrilled beyond words with the cars appearance and ride. We look forward to our relationship with this dealership in years to come. More

Sienna dashboard replacement Brad was awesome! He reviewed the paperwork, did the necessary legwork to get the recall work authorized, set my expectations regarding time and cost, Brad was awesome! When they checked the new dash it had a crack so he rescheduled the work to accommodate getting the new dash.
