Sienna dashboard replacement Brad was awesome! He reviewed the paperwork, did the necessary legwork to get the recall work authorized, set my expectations regarding time and cost, Brad was awesome! When they checked the new dash it had a crack so he rescheduled the work to accommodate getting the new dash. There was difficulty getting a loaner car from My Wife and she needed transportation to work. Overall extraordinary service from Anderson Toyota and specifically from Brad. Thank you! More

I didn’t feel pressured and my salesman, Ron Neuschwander This was my first-time leasing from Lexus of Rockford and it was a pleasurable experience. I didn’t feel pressured and my salesman, Ron Neuschwander was very helpful. I had a lot of questions and he found answers to them all. Matt Jensen, General Manager, worked with us through the whole process, which was very helpful. The day I picked up my car, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Ron spent a lot of time going over all the paperwork and all the details of the car. I met with Ben Bleed, Business Manager, to finish up the financing. He was very detailed, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I left Lexus, I was very pleased with my car and I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went. If the dealership is employs people of Kevin's caliber then the 5 star rating would apply. Kevin was forthright, honest, knowledgeable and most importantly, patient. Answered every question and something I've never experienced before, he questioned me; asking me things I never even thought to question. He made sure I walked out with what I wanted plus items that weren't even on my radar and it didn't cost me anything extra. More

Purchased pre-owned vehicle My wife had been looking for a pre-owned vehicle to replace her 06 GS. We started looking last summer but put everything on the back burner. Chris Bet My wife had been looking for a pre-owned vehicle to replace her 06 GS. We started looking last summer but put everything on the back burner. Chris Beto had kept our contact info and my wife's car interests on file. When a newer GS came in one Saturday in March he remembered us and made a call. My wife stopped by that afternoon and fell in love with the car - perfect fit for her. Chris made the entire sales process effortless. Not only that but he went above and beyond in addressing and fixing a few of our concerns with the new car. He even dropped the car off at our house and helped us reprogram the garage door opener to new new car (not a simple operation - required climbing ladders to reprogram main unit). In 40 years of buying cars I have never had anyone show such dedication to me as a customer! Ben in finance again made a quick easy work of whole process including researching the bet rates for us - much better than our bank offered. More
