As usual my experience at Anderson was excellent. All of their service employees are polite and respectful. The waiting area is very comfortable and before I knew it my car was ready. I always take my car into the Anderson service department and I am very pleased with the service I get. More

Unparalled experience. In shopping for a new car, I called or visited three Lexus dealerships in the area. I found in my conversation with Andersen Lexus, a person on the other end of the phone who genuinely went out of his way to answer all my questions. I decided to visit Andersen yesterday November 28th and continue the dialogue I had previously had with the General Sales Manger Matt Jensen. To my surprise, he had all the vehicles we had previously discussed waiting for my wife and I to view and test drive. Assisting us with our choices was Chris Beto, who in addition to running in and out of the rain moving vehicles, explained everything we asked in detail about the vehicles we were interested in. During this better than three hour visit, we never felt pressure to make a decision. We are very pleased with our choice, and even more pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by Matt and Chris. I've had the recent pleasure of meeting and working with Keith Kruchten on the purch I've been dealing with Anderson Toyota and Lexus for many years. I've had the recent pleasure of meeting and working with Keith Kruchten on the purchase of our new Lexus NX back in May of this year. For that purchase Keith went above and beyond what I was expecting from our salesman and Ben Bleed was outstanding as well on the finance side. Recently, we started looking for a used Corolla or Camry for our daughter and I reached out to Keith to see if he had any ideas at your dealership. He was kind enough to show us several options, but then alerted us to a 1-owner Camry you had just recently taken in on trade. We looked at it and loved the car. For this purchase Keith and Ben again went beyond expectations to secure the finance rate and terms that would make this an affordable purchase for our daughter. Extraordinary great service I visited this dealer on Tuesday, November 15, to have my tires checked on my 2094 Sienna XLE van as the tire pressure warning light kept coming on. D I visited this dealer on Tuesday, November 15, to have my tires checked on my 2094 Sienna XLE van as the tire pressure warning light kept coming on. Dan Steele had already helped me with his issue about three weeks before this and it seemed to have been fixed, but the light came on again. He was really good about finally getting to the bottom of the problem and the technician ended up cleaning and resealing one of the tires that had low pressure. He was concerned that I had made several trips out there about this and did a great job getting it fixed once and for all. He has gone the extra mile before when I have had a problem with this car or my 2004 Prius and I cannot thank him enough. He listens to the problem and has gotten issues fixed on both cars in the last couple months. They do a great job at this dealer with their Service Dept and I have never taken either car anywhere else. I am very grateful for Dan's expertise and patience in finding solutions for problems with my older (but still wonderful) cars. More
