I’ve only just meet her and when I left it seemed I’ve known her for years. She made me feel at ease and answered all questions honestly. I asked to have the car and paperwork ready by 10:00am. When I arrived the car was parked out front washed, cleaned and a full tank of gas. I really like the fact that she told me to drive the car for a week and write down any question I would have. She stated to come back anytime with the questions and she would answer them. To me customer service is most important when I purchase something. Thermostat I had a bad thermostat. After installation of a new thermostat Service Advisor Brock Correa went with me on a test drive to make sure everything was I had a bad thermostat. Unscheduled repair I'm 6 hours from home and needed service on my washer fluid system. Service advisor Brock Correa explained to me that Saturday service is appointment I'm 6 hours from home and needed service on my washer fluid system. However he worked me in, found that the problem was simply a disconnected hose, had it taken care of at no charge. I was out the door in 45 minutes. Thanks Brock!!! More
