I bought a used car this spring with Ben Bleed as my sales person for my daughter. I cannot say enough as to how well I was taken care of. There was an issue with the vehicle right after the purchase and Matt Jensen the manager helped me out even though arguably they did not have to. I came back and just purchased a new car with Ben's help again. The knowledge, support, and general experience that the entire staff gives you is simply without compare. Not only Ben but other sales people helped me out Steve Anderson and Keith Krutchten but also Matt Jensen again and finance John Wegner all were wonderful to work with. I can't recommend Lexus of Rockford enough. More

I also appreciate Troy who recognized I wasn't unhappy with my 2012 Camry but knew it was time to trade in, and after multiple calls finally I heard a deal I was willing to listen to, the Labor Day discount and words used by Andy "just make sure Julie's happy!".
