As always, Jacob was great. The service center did test my windshield for no charge (since the previous visit had not solved the water leak problem). I realize that the techs needed to test the windshield my windshield for no charge (since the previous visit had not solved the water leak problem). I realize that the techs needed to test the windshield for leaks by dousing it with water, but when I was driving home, I realized that they had not dried the floor where the water leaked in - there were still soaked patches on the passenger side floor.
