I’ve bought 2 cars before this new purchase and in the past there’s always this feeling of hesitation while signin “Greatest experience of my life”. I’ve bought 2 cars before this new purchase and in the past there’s always this feeling of hesitation while signing paperwork because it’s a complicated/heart wrenching process and sometimes you never know what your getting into, right.... NOT THIS TIME!! From beginning to end my sales person(Nate) was absolutely phenomenal! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase today. I really really appreciate all the help I received during my buying process. Nate walked me through every step to ensure I knew all my possible options and in the end he spent extra time (explaining in great detail) all the cars features while also helping connect and manage my devices before travel. Also, Karen & Kevin in the finance department were amazing as well, very kind and thorough. They went above and beyond in assisting me with this brand new car purchase. If I could add more than 5 stars I would, because that’s what this dealership really deserves. Tbh, if I had more money I would’ve probably bought 2 cars.. The front desk folks were pleasant, but the estimate I got was for between $4500-$8500 (to replace the engine). The computer said the timing was off and that the car was out of oil. I took it to Pep Boys got was for between $4500-$8500 (to replace the engine). The computer said the timing was off and that the car was out of oil. I took it to Pep Boys for a second opinion and they suggested waiting to see if the engine still had problems with the oil topped off. It's been three weeks or so and I've had no problems. I feel I was sold a bill of goods by Hyandai. I don't think I'll ever go back. More
