The annapolis hyundai is a great place to buy a car.we have never had a hyundai but when I saw the 2020 palisade I had to get one.so I talked. Salesman Sean and he said to come over and see one. No pressure, great price, and best trade-in ! Our second time buying a car from Annapolis Hyundai. Both times were very pleasant experiences (unlike other dealerships ! No names please !) Shawn Our second time buying a car from Annapolis Hyundai. Both times were very pleasant experiences (unlike other dealerships ! No names please !) Shawn Lagundo was very pleasant, gave us a car to try (also, unlike some dealerships, he stayed at his desk rather than hovering from the back-seat, as some other dealerships do). When we decided to buy a car that was not on his lot, he quoted a price in a email. He then located the exact car we wanted. After taking a deposit, he had that car driven from New Jersey. Once at the transaction time, all was exactly as he had quoted. He gave us a trade-in offer on our 10-year old Hyundai that wa well higher than what we expected. He helped us set up the car for our drive away. All great ! More

Great customer service! I was looking for a new car after the end of a Lexus lease. Michael the Manager was of a great help and very congenial. We talked with Nate and actual I was looking for a new car after the end of a Lexus lease. Michael the Manager was of a great help and very congenial. We talked with Nate and actually bought a car from Trey when Nate was out of the office. Both were exceptionally helpful. I found a lower price on another website at another dealer close to us and Michael was willing to meet there price and find us a great car.
