Shawn Lagundo was very pleasant, gave us a car to try (also, unlike some dealerships, he stayed at his desk rather than hovering from the back-seat, as some other dealerships do). When we decided to buy a car that was not on his lot, he quoted a price in a email. He then located the exact car we wanted. After taking a deposit, he had that car driven from New Jersey. Once at the transaction time, all was exactly as he had quoted. He gave us a trade-in offer on our 10-year old Hyundai that wa well higher than what we expected. He helped us set up the car for our drive away. All great ! More
