Professional and Pleasant Following a few discussions with the sales staff over the phone, we visited the dealership to test drive the car we hoped to purchase. It was brought Following a few discussions with the sales staff over the phone, we visited the dealership to test drive the car we hoped to purchase. It was brought to the door shortly after we arrived, Paul went through the main safety and entertainment features efficiently, and allowed my husband and I to test drive the vehicle without him in the car. Being able to drive it alone was a good opportunity to discuss our opinions freely. The vehicle met our expectations, and Paul, Kevin, and Karen walked us through the purchasing process with relatively little back and forth and were not overly pushy about adding features or packages we weren't looking for. We were at the dealership for a total of 4 hours, which was longer than we expected but they did seem to make an effort to get us out as quickly as possible once we had agreed on a price. Everyone we worked with was professional and pleasant. Overall a lengthy but painless experience. More
