He never put one ounce of pressure on us to buy a vehicle. He added value to our thought process and told us not to rush, but instead, take our time to ensure we got the right vehicle. Turns out I loved the Santa Fe, everything about it felt perfect. So then Shawn began working to get us every special incentive discount available and this is where he far exceeded every other car buying experience I've ever had. Shawn Lagundo shed a different light on our experience. He listened to our wishes, answered our questions, and showed us every possible Kona that would work for us. I was looking for a white Kona but the sunset orange called me. I came home with my sunset orange Kona and a smile. All of the staff that we met at Annapolis Hyundai were equally positive and nice.
