A/C & Radio all at onve I called to schedule an appointment to have my radio and A/C looked at which suddenly stopped working at the same time. They were very flexible and able to get me in for an appointment very quickly. They were able to work around my schedule. Jacob was wonderful with communication and helped me understand what was wrong with my car and extremely friendly. Turns out I needed more work than I thought and everything I requested to have fixed was done same day. Only down side, expensive for brakes so I took them some where else. But this is a wonderful dealership and I plan to have most of my work done here. More

Michael the General Manager was warm and friendly as well, I felt that he listened to my needs and acted accordingly to meet my satisfaction. The whole process took about 3 hours, would have been quicker if I hadn't gone out on a long test drive. Both Paul and Evelyn stayed after hours to make sure I was all set. Safe to say I will be recommending Hyundai Annapolis to friends and family, and most likely come back for a future purchases. More
