Under staffed and poor communication. I had to actually go to service office to get update on status of car. I left several voicemails for several days. They had the car for 16 days an I had to actually go to service office to get update on status of car. I left several voicemails for several days. I'm really sad that Jacob is no longer at the dealership. Service is not as good as it use to be but it's still very good. The biggest complaint is that it's very tough to get someone to answer calls and I Service is not as good as it use to be but it's still very good. The biggest complaint is that it's very tough to get someone to answer calls and I don't get a return call if I leave a message to call me. I also hate that I have to schedule an appointment 2 or more months in advance for regular service. I'm not sure when I will be ready for service. I still drive over 1 hr and over 50 miles to go to them even though there are dealerships closer to where I live. So far I'm happy with the service. More
