Stay away. I made a terrible decision purchasing my vehicle from Annapolis Hyundai, this was the worst car buying experience and I have purchased many cars in th I made a terrible decision purchasing my vehicle from Annapolis Hyundai, this was the worst car buying experience and I have purchased many cars in the past. The vehicle I purchased was very dirty, there was tabacoo in the glove compartment, glove box, trash under the seats, and roaches stuck in back windshield. And there was a nasty odor coming from the vents. I notified this to the salesman and sales manager, and was told they will do a full detail. I left the vehicle the entire day and was received with the roaches. I then left the vehicle for an additional three days and had to wait nearly an hour to get the vehicle. I left the dealership with frustration as the salesman was ignoring my calls and didn't deliver on his promises. The vehicle still has a bad odder coming from the vents and I need to get the vehicle to a professional detailed, which is not cheap, I also have to take the vehicle to certified mechanic to figure out where the odder is coming from. Not only was this a bad experience but it has pushed me away from purchasing a Hyundai in the future. And I will definitely be sharing my experience with family and friends. I have sent an email regards my experience with the GM and told I was going to get a call back, but never heard from him. More

Gen coupe!! Update 4/14/18: So with the part needing to be fixed, it was fixed but was like pulling teeth. The used car manager wanted nothing to do with it at a Update 4/14/18: So with the part needing to be fixed, it was fixed but was like pulling teeth. The used car manager wanted nothing to do with it at all even after nothing that there was a non-disclosed issue with the front fender and wheel guard. I called and called, even drove up to the dealer. David, the used car manager, brought out a tech to put a push screw in the wheel guard even though I told him that wouldn't work and I showed him the crack that I found and that the gauard had broken where the main screw was and the wind just pushed it back and again the loud noise. So needless to say it happened again. So this time when I went to the dealer David just handed me off to service, as if saying "see what you can do for him...not my problem". Jacob in service was truly helpful even got the part ordered for me and scheduled service for me. So after a week went by and I heard nothing about anynthing I called Jacob and he informed me he mentioned to David to contact me because David told him they weren't paying for the part. So now I'm annoyed and pissed. I drive up to the dealer halfway into hukk mode and Jacob can see it in my eyes. Fortunately no one from used cars was there especially not David ( fortunately for them)..I was a split second from giving them the keys and walking out with a stop payment call to my bank. I spoke with the new GM and he helped me get this issue taken care of at no cost to me. Jacob and the new GM, rock!! Initial review: Dealership was super cool. The sales team was awesome, really friendly and patient. The price of the vehicle was pretty good, another couple grand off and greatness would gave been achieved. Fyi, be sure to slowly inspect your car if you by used. I found a problem with a non essential plastic part, behind my front fender that was not easily seen. Hopefully they can get this fixed for me. All in all pretty smooth experience at this dealership. More

Pricing was very transparent. In fact, I went in there thinking I could only afford and used car and they worked with me to help me get a 2018 elantra that was still in my budget. And they were never pushy, just open about my options and ready to answer all my questions. More

In and out for a used car purchase in 2.5 hours I had already done my research and test drove the make and model I wanted at another dealer. I found the exact model with the trim and colors I wanted at Annapolis Hyundai. I advised them ahead of time that I would most likely be purchasing the vehicle. I made an appointment and when I showed up, they already had the vehicle ready for me to inspect and test drive. After that I completed paperwork, signed and was out the door in a total of 2.5 hours. Quickest, most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had and I've purchased quite a few vehicles over the years. More

I planned on returning to the Auto Mall where I bought the Tucson and buy my next car there. On a lark, I stopped into Annapolis Hyundai and was greeted by Adam Knotts, a sales person. And here we are less than one week after the crash--and my brand new Santa Fe sits in my driveway. Adam was personable, knowledgeable, not at all pushy. He found the perfect blue for me--and the perfect car. Greg in Finance was efficient and kind. Eric, the manager, was helpful. I don't like buying cars. I tend to keep them at least a decade to avoid having to go through the whole process too often. Nonetheless, I cannot recommend Annapolis Hyundai highly enough. Go see Adam. He'll take good care of you. More
