I planned on returning to the Auto Mall where I bought the Tucson and buy my next car there. On a lark, I stopped into Annapolis Hyundai and was greeted by Adam Knotts, a sales person. And here we are less than one week after the crash--and my brand new Santa Fe sits in my driveway. Adam was personable, knowledgeable, not at all pushy. He found the perfect blue for me--and the perfect car. Greg in Finance was efficient and kind. Eric, the manager, was helpful. I don't like buying cars. I tend to keep them at least a decade to avoid having to go through the whole process too often. Nonetheless, I cannot recommend Annapolis Hyundai highly enough. Go see Adam. He'll take good care of you. More

Purchased yesterday, delivered today! I already found online the car I wanted ( Hyundai Elantra 2018 SEL, scarlet red) , but I called to make sure I'll get the price posted online. Paul ha I already found online the car I wanted ( Hyundai Elantra 2018 SEL, scarlet red) , but I called to make sure I'll get the price posted online. Paul had his manager call me after 2 hours , to tell me that no, I wouldn't get the online price, because I wasn't an Uber driver (for which I would have qualified for $ 1000 discount) , neither in the military ($500), nor a graduate student ($400). Therefore they added $1,900.00 to the online price. My husband managed to talk to the manager and got us a discount, then we drove to Annapolis to purchase the car. The paperwork was smooth and everyone we talked to was nice and professional. I expressed my desire to keep the old tags and I was being told it would be possible, with extra-paperwork...Hopefully they'll follow through and I'll see it done. Since I don't drive on the highway , I asked them to deliver my car. Paul called me today to let me know I'll get it in the afternoon. I did and and I am grateful for everything he's done for us. More

He went to lengths to get my Tuscon of choice in trim and color to Annapolis. Once it was at the dealership, he was thorough in explaining/showing all of the many features in the car before and during the test drive. He was very knowledgable about both the car and the service department in Annapolis, answering any questions I had. The paperwork process was streamlined, making the experience hassle-free. Greg was great to work with as well. I would 100% recommend buying your Hyundai at this dealership. They are awesome. More

Excelleant Customer Service Tuesday night I was looking at Hyundai cars through the internet and TrueCar to see which dealer had the car I was interested in. I saw that Annapoli Tuesday night I was looking at Hyundai cars through the internet and TrueCar to see which dealer had the car I was interested in. I saw that Annapolis Hyundai had the exact car I wanted but was afraid I would not be able to afford the car. I called the dealership and spoke to Brittany first then she had me speak to Shawn who said he thought he would be able to help me out. I went to the dealership and Shawn had the car I was interested in there waiting for me to look at and drive. Shawn was so help with everything with showing me options with my car to financing.
