Happy Ioniq owner I previously had an Elantra, so I went to the dealership and spoke to Shawn Lagundo about vehicles other than the one I purchased, but they did not ha I previously had an Elantra, so I went to the dealership and spoke to Shawn Lagundo about vehicles other than the one I purchased, but they did not have the features I wanted at the price point I wanted. Ready to leave, Shawn said "wait, I have one other vehicle you might be intersted in", and then told me about the Ioniq. It was perfect! He had one ready in minutes for a test drive, and when I decided to purchase but wanted the car in a different color, Shawn located another one the color I wanted at another dealer, and had it ready to go at Annapolis Hyundai the following day. The purchasing process was smooth. The financing process was smooth. The different warranties and protections available were carefully explained but not pushed down our throats, and we were able to make an informed decision. Truthfully, I was not planning to purchase quite this soon but the car was great and Shawn made the process easy. I love the new car! I have already sent friends to the dealership. More

Service Department will lie to you about your car I went to this dealership for a recall parts replacement. They called me to tell me that my brake pads needed replaced and the rotors resurfaced. I I went to this dealership for a recall parts replacement. They called me to tell me that my brake pads needed replaced and the rotors resurfaced. I had a bad experience with my previous PA Hyundai dealership trying to sell me service that was 100% unnecessary for another 40,000+ miles, so I held off on the replacement to go somewhere else a couple months later. Imagine my surprise when that service shop called me to let me know my brake pads were only a tiny bit past halfway worn and I still had quite a ways until replacement. Do your research before accepting what this service center recommends. They obviously did an adequate job with the recall parts replacement, but trying to sell a service the average person can't quickly confirm, that wasn't even close to needed is so vile. I will never return here unless I have to for a recall. More
