Saw a service special on the website so I called the Svc dept at Annapolis Hyundai after hrs and left a msg. Next morning, I was called by the Svc Mgr Jacob Swaim who verified that the special was the botto dept at Annapolis Hyundai after hrs and left a msg. Next morning, I was called by the Svc Mgr Jacob Swaim who verified that the special was the bottom line including labor, taxes and all fees, as advertised. Had sour experiences in other Hyundai dealerships in the area that added to their advertised, all inclusive prices, labor and other fees after the work was completed doubling the price of the advertised special! On the day of the service, met with Svc Mgr Karen Farina who took care of all the details and explained the upcoming service schedule. Was taken to a diner of my choice nearby while the vehicle was serviced. Was called and picked up upon completion. It was raining so no exterior washing but the vehicle was vacuumed! Nice touch. The service waiting area was very clean, stocked with beverages and pleasant as well. Efficient, polite, and engaging all that we came across at the Service Dept. From the front desk, the drivers, and the techs to the service managers, outstanding service. I have found my new service dealership! More
