The salesman seemed a tad disengaged as if something else was on his mind, but I navigated through it. Rob Haas (manager) and I negotiated the final numbers; Rob was a joy to chat with and he sealed the deal was on his mind, but I navigated through it. Rob Haas (manager) and I negotiated the final numbers; Rob was a joy to chat with and he sealed the deal to mutual satisfaction. Joe Tyler (financing) is equally as wonderful and was the cherry on top for my used car purchase at Annapolis Hyundai. This was surprisingly a no pressure, casual experience for me. There were two minor blips along the way, but overall understandable; it all comes down to clear communication and follow through. I suggest - as with ANY dealership - knowing your credit score and what interest rate you can get on your own (I shaved off 2%) and looking over your vehicle inside and out (this includes under the hood, i.e. fluid levels) - making sure everything is 100% before you drive off. I recommend considering this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. More
