I’ve always thought highly of this dealership. I purchased a vehicle for my then highschooler years ago and had an exceptional experience. When my college-age daughter needed a vehicle I again came purchased a vehicle for my then highschooler years ago and had an exceptional experience. When my college-age daughter needed a vehicle I again came to Annapolis Subaru. Due to Covid I was texting back-and-forth with the sales person. We came to an agreement on a vehicle and we had sent in Social Security numbers and information and insurance information for this vehicle. I had secured my own financing through my credit union. Then the next morning I got a call that they sold the vehicle. This is completely poor business practice. The sales person transferred me to the sales manager who was snarky and rude. I left a message for the general manager and have not heard back. I am so very disappointed in their horrible business practices.  More
