Mr. Code Sangala was very professional, courteous and pleasant even though he informed us he was new to the job. Mr. Sangala and the Annapolis Subaru dealership were not high pressure and were considerat pleasant even though he informed us he was new to the job. The closing process was not overly pushy for option we chose not to purchase. There was some confusion of items and terms on the contract.
