The experience was wonderful, as have been the last 10 years of servicing with Doug, and then Jason Janz! (Thanks to all of you for never treating me like an idiot female when I asked questions!) In July, I decided it was time for a vehicle change since I was smitten with the new Ascent. The salesperson I had worked with 10 years ago no longer worked there so I worked with Sonja Anderson. She is ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!! She is so knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions and more. Once again, Annapolis Subaru made my buying experience painless and dare I say...enjoyable?!!! :) I'm loving my Ascent, btw! Fast forward another 3 months and I was back at Annapolis Subaru looking for a first car (used) for my son who was away at college. I wouldn't dream of working with anyone but Sonja again. She helped me do a pros/cons list between an entry-level new car and a gently used car with lots of insurance $ saving safety features. Her experience once again was priceless. I felt like I was working with a friend. :) My son took a look at the car online and gave his approval. Sales Manager, Ryan Crawford, held the car for us for a week until my son could get home from college. He also was instrumental in assisting my son through the financing process. And a shout-out to Bob Carroll, Business Manager, for working through the financing/extended warranty/servicing contracts for both of the vehicles. We never felt pressured and he did a great job explaining all the options. What a great team they have at Annapolis Subaru! They are the whole package! My husband has already said that he is thinking about the Subaru Legacy for his next purchase, so we may be seeing Sonja again in the not too distant future. I definitely look forward to it! And Kudos to Annapolis Subaru for all the support they provide for causes like the Chesapeake Bay and the Annapolis SPCA. This is the perfect dealership/auto manufacturer for our family. More
