We first saw Susan to ask when the new Forester Hybrids would be available. Although she couldn't precisely answer that question, she said she'd keep in touch and she did. When we noticed the website said there would be 3 coming to Annapolis, we called and asked if they were there yet. They were not, but Susan asked if there was one we were interested in. When we told her which one we wanted to test drive, she offered to reserve it for us. As soon as it was on the lot, she called us and we set a date and time to come in for that test drive. We liked it and she was wonderful through the entire process! More
