Sonja Anderson was great to work with while I figured out if a Legacy 3.6r or a WRX would fit my needs better. She is friendly, knowledgeable of the Subaru line up, and very responsive whether via email or a phone call. I also learned a lot more about leases. The initial sales quotes for both models Sonja presented me were pretty much what my research indicated was a fair price. I decided I wanted a Carbide Gray Metallic Legacy 3.6r; Sonja found me one with the options I wanted very quickly. Day of picking up my Legacy went very quickly, Sonja and Bob Carroll in Finance had all my paperwork organized and ready to sign. Before leaving the lot, Sonja made sure I had a full tank of gas and provided a very good brief on the many features in the Legacy. More

Best new car purchase experience ever! We have researched vehicles for most of the last year in anticipation of a new one this year. We decided that a Subaru was the vehicle for us and had narrowed our choice down to the Forester or the Outback. We felt fortunate to have Ramon Garcia as our Sales person; he asked all the right questions so he could have a good understanding of our needs and directed us to the Outback. There was never any high pressure; Ramon was patient with us as we mulled over our options...it was the most relaxed, enjoyable car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. When we picked up our new car, several days after our initial visit, we brought our two dogs with us and they were very welcome in the dealership...I will admit at this point that the dog commercials were very influential in getting me to the Subaru showroom, although it was the good reputation and ratings that really convinced me. We financed through Subaru and dealt with Joe Tyler...again, another extremely pleasant experience. Joe is very friendly and also very low pressure. He had to explain a couple of things more than once and was very patient with us as we thought through our needs. We have had our new car for a little over a week and are, so far, very happy with it, though we are still getting to know it. Ramon has called a couple of times to check in with us which I really appreciate...it's not something I expected. I highly recommend Annapolis Subaru and Ramon Garcia if you are shopping for a new car. And take your dog with you...they love dogs there! More

Now for the sales department: Yesterday I had one of my best experiences in buying a car, not my favorite thing to do. Roy Mchiggins was my sales person and what a pleasure it was to deal with him. He was very polite, not pushy and handled everything with such professionalism. After the sales he spent a lot of time explaining everything on my new Outback Limited, and there was a lot. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I used the finance department and that experience was excellent as well. Based on my experience this is the dealership to use if you are looking for a Subaru. ML More

Outstanding in All Aspects! I have been having my car serviced at Annapolis Subaru for the last 3 years since I retired and relocated. Whether a prescheduled service appointment I have been having my car serviced at Annapolis Subaru for the last 3 years since I retired and relocated. Whether a prescheduled service appointment or an emergency drop-by to check the air in a tire, I was always welcomed and generously accommodated by my friend Jimmy behind the counter. I wanted to do business locally for my new car purchase (having loved my 10-year old Subaru as so accurately represented in the advertisements--including the dogs,) and, was thrilled to receive an optimum offer for the purchase of my new Forester from my local dealer. Sonja Anderson guided me through the process of test-drives, accessories and options with her professional knowledge, courtesy, and patience. And, shared my tears of remorse and joy as she finished emptying out my trade-in--having personally shifted my old license tags in the bitter cold.
