Great dealership - feels like they're family! I had previously bought parts from this dealership, as I am a former technician, and am used to doing all of my maintenance. Even though I only bought parts from them at the time, they steered me towards a way to buy factory parts in combinations that offered a better deal than buying them individually, and I really appreciated that! They also told me about NASIOC Subaru forum- a great resource/community! Just recently, after skidding in some ice and hitting a curb with my car, I needed to bring it in for a more serious service then I was willing to do on my own, as this was my daily driven car. They carefully inspected the car, and after five of their techs reviewed it, they came back and told me that the frame was bent and that the car would need to be sent to a specialty shop. At this time I asked them if they had any similar cars on the new car lot, and if I'd be able to trade in my old car towards the down payment. I needed a reliable daily driver, and it was clear my old car was going to need some lengthy repairs. I not only got a very fair deal on my trade-in (considering the circumstances) but I bought a new car for a very good deal as well. I'd like to thank this dealership- up until my interactions with them I was having a bad day! I honestly feel that they helped me out greatly, and I was able to make the best decision, for a very difficult decision. They did not pressure me one bit either! At the end of the day, I think all of us won. I will absolutely come back and do business with this dealership in the future, and highly recommend it for any of my friends and family. I can tell you I greatly trust the service department, the parts department, and the sales department. Even the guy washing the new cars prior to delivery- he made my new car look like a million bucks, and it was actively snowing outside! They genuinely treated me like I was a part of their family – and as a result I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you very much Annapolis Subaru! What a GREAT group of people you all are. Not one compares to the setup, professionalism, and service at Annapolis Subaru! From my salesman Ed Rucker to his superior of whom I cant remember his name. The only reason i remember Ed's is because he was on the top salesman plaques for like every mo/year. Lol! So maybe i lucked up with my salesman but from the free sodas, coffee, water, fruit, muffins, bagels not to mention cable Tv while you wait. Not some boring sales video on repeat! Maybe im just extremely happy with my Subaru lol, but hands down one of the best dealerships I've been to by far for any type of car. More
