They did not have the trim and color in stock, but quickly got one from another dealership to accommodate my schedule. Erik took time to make sure I understood everything I was getting with my new Impreza and how everything works. I was also able to take care of my credit application beforehand to speed up the process day of. Bob, in finance, was great as well. I felt no pressure to add or buy additional coverage or packages.
